Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction1.1 Agreement: These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between The Drift and the guest for the provision of accommodation and related services.
2. Booking and Reservations 2.1 Reservations: All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Drift. 2.2 Reservation Changes and Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations are subject to the Hotel's policy, as outlined at the time of booking. Any fees or charges will be clearly communicated.
3. Check-In and Check-Out 3.1 Check-In: Check-in time is 4 pm, and guests may be required to present a valid ID and credit card for incidental charges. 3.2 Check-Out: Check-out time is 11 am. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Payment 4.1 Rates and Charges: The rates for rooms, taxes and other services are as displayed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services. 4.2 Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize the Hotel to charge the specified amount for the reservation, taxes and any additional charges incurred during your stay.
5. Guest Responsibilities 5.1 Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or interfere with the operation of the Hotel. 5.2 Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the Hotel property caused by their actions or negligence.
6. Hotel Policies 6.1 Smoking Policy: The Hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed on Hotel Property. 6.2 Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with a fee. Service animal exempt from charge.
7. Parking 7.1 Free parking is provided to guests of The Drift in our attached parking lot. We only provide one parking space per cabin.
8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 The Hotel is not liable for the loss of or damage to guests' personal property. 8.2 The Hotel is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by guests, unless caused by the Hotel's negligence.
9. Force Majeure 9.1 The Hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of American Arbitration Association (AAA) OR a mutually agreed upon arbitration organization..
11. Miscellaneous 11.1 Amendments: The Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on the Hotel's website. 11.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements.
