Property and Cancelation Policies :

Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 3 days of arrival

Partial Charge - 50% of Deposit - If canceled within 7 days of arrival

No Charge - If canceled within 14 days of arrival

1. Introduction1.1 Agreement: These termsand conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally bindingagreement between The Drift and the guest for the provision of accommodationand related services.


2. Booking andReservations2.1 Reservations: All roomreservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Drift.2.2 Reservation Changesand Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations are subject to theHotel's policy, as outlined at the time of booking. Any fees or charges will beclearly communicated.


3. Check-In and Check-Out3.1 Check-In: Check-intime is 4 pm, and guests may be required to present a valid ID and credit cardfor incidental charges.3.2 Check-Out: Check-outtime is 11 am. Late check-out requests are subject to availability andadditional charges.


4. Payment4.1 Rates and Charges: Therates for rooms, taxes and other services are as displayed at the time ofbooking. Additional charges may apply for extra services.4.2 Payment Authorization:By providing payment information, you authorize the Hotel to charge thespecified amount for the reservation, taxes and any additional charges incurredduring your stay. Payment for your stay will be charged in full at the time ofbooking.


5. Guest Responsibilities5.1 Conduct: Guests areexpected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guestsor interfere with the operation of the Hotel.5.2 Damages: Guests areresponsible for any damages to the Hotel property caused by their actions ornegligence.


6. Hotel Policies6.1 Smoking Policy: TheHotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is Not allowed on Hotel Property.6.2 Pet Policy: Pets maybe allowed with prior approval and are subject to additional charges.


7. Parking 7.1 Free parking is providedto guests of The Drift in our attached parking lot. We only provide 1 parkingspace per cabin.


8. Limitation of Liability8.1 The Hotel is notliable for the loss of or damage to guests' personal property.8.2 The Hotel is notresponsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by guests, unless causedby the Hotel's negligence.


9. Force Majeure9.1 The Hotel is notliable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under thisAgreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond itsreasonable control.


10. Governing Law andDispute Resolution10.1 This Agreement isgoverned by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or inconnection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration inaccordance with the rules of [your chosen arbitration organization].


11. Miscellaneous11.1 Amendments: The Hotelreserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
